I feel the Bazillions were designed with Non-Stop Infinite Climax in mind. They're easily the best weapon for safely bombarding enemies at long range, and the laser beams are fast, have plenty of stun potential, and even linger if I dodge after firing them - perfect for compensating for the removal of Witch Time.
