    Also, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals is far from an animal rights group. In fact, I have read a lot on "petakillsanimals.com". I have even found out that one of their members threw a pie at a Canadian government official!

    I don't believe an organization that mercilessly kills animals is an animal rights organization. I honestly do not understand your reasoning. I think PETA should be legally recognized as a hate group. I have learned PETA's insidious ways on petakillsanimals.com.

    What I'd forgotten to add is that they base their arguments on the promotion of animal rights. They might be exploiting that ideal, but it is what they purport to do. They are a hate group at their core, but still a part of the animal rights movement. Sad but true. I agree. Too much hate for such innocent creatures.
