    Er... let me restate my... statement? *shakes head* Anyway, I meant go to the Shipyard talk to the guy by the staircase on the lower level (either he's there or upstairs, I can't remember). Then go to the museum and go upstairs. Talk to the guy in the lower right, get confronted by Team Magma/Aqua, beat them, deliver the parts, and you're done.
