I'm participating in the battle of hoenn, can somebody tell me a good moveset, ev set, and item for Sceptile, Latias, Linoone, Metagross and then maybe mightyena or fill the two other slots with pokemon you think would be good

    Sceptile: modest, ha, white herb: Dragon pulse, leaf storm, synthesis and protect. Latias: modest, assault west, Dragon pulse, psychic, thunder bolt and surf. Linoone: jolly, ha, choice band, switcheroo, double-edge, shadow claw, dig. Metagross: adamant, megastone, agility, meteor smash, zen headbutt and earthquake.

    Sceptile: replace synthesis with focus blast, ev: sp.atk, hp and little speed. Latias: ev: sp.atk, def and little speed. Linoone: ev: atk and speed. Metagross: attack, defense and little speed. I hope that helps. ( you can also use souldew for latias if it is not banned. it is banned in battle maison so it might be banned in that competition too)
