Ok, note to self: I need to 1.) Catch a Wailmer, teach it Water Spout. 2.) Breed it with a remoraid until I get a male remoraid with good ivs and Water Spout. 3.) Breed that with my Female Rain Dish Squirtle until I get my dream Squirtle. Eesh, this is gonna take awhile.
