    Magma/Aqua hideout. You'll find a room with multiple teleport pads. Find the one that takes you to a room with more, and keep moving to the next pad. Eventually, you'll come to another room with multiple pads. In that room, walk down, and then to the LAST pad in that room. That will take you to a room where you will see what looks like 4 pokeballs. Two are Electrods. One is a Masterball.

    its in team aqua/team magmas base on the third floor. more specifically once you get in go to the end of the hallway step on the warp panel and it will take you to a room. go left from where you warped to the stairs and go down. at the bottom theres a hallway. step on the warp panel and you end up in an L-shaped hallway go to the end and the warp panel will take you to a smaller L-shaped room.

    go down and youll end up in a room with tons of warp panels. keep warping until you get to the bottom and it's the warp panel on the very left side
