    IVs stand for Individual Values. They're basically Pokémon's equivalent to genes, and each Pokémon has a number from 0 to 31 in each stat that affects how high or low it is. A number with IV (like 6IV) refers to a Pokémon with 31 in that many stats. HA refers to Hidden Ability. Most Pokémon have access to a second or third ability that's harder to get than its standard abilities.
