    Play online. Use the GTS. Even if you don't trade anything, anyone online in your area will streetpass you. You'll see an icon on your Buzznav when you get off the GTS, which will give you messages. One of them should say "Secret bases updated". Then go look for them. The Areanav will let you know if any are near by.
