    Unless you're asking about rocks for Leafeon and Glaceon, in which case it's a Mossy Rock in Petalburg Woods and an Icy Rock at the bottom of the Shoal Cave at low tide. ^^

    Only Thunder Stone (jolteon), Water Stone (vaporeon) and Fire Stone (flareon) can evolve eevee. It evolves for Umbreon when gain a lvl with high friendship during the night and Espeon during the day. For Glaceon and Leafeon you need to lvl up near the Icy Rock (for glaceon) or the Mossy Rock (for leafeon). For Sylveon you play a lot with him on the pokemon amie and teach him a fairy type move.
