The electric-types, led by a Luxray, also go down, but they run. They start charging electricity, and run over to a grassy area... Where a Leafeon just happens to be having a good time. Kirito freezes for a moment, because his instict for predictong disasters has reacted. He sprints down, jumps in front of the Leafeon to protect her, and takes a massive electric attack. He then shakes it off.

Gangnam: *Wakes up* I can't sleep. This stump is hard as a rock. (I sure hope people get that inside joke)

Alright, I am Erika, an obedient and happy-go-lucky Growlithe. I am extremely loyal. I'll begin in my next comment.

Gangnam: *sits up on stump and meditates, silently watching the battle near the cliff* *thinking: I should probably stay away from there. There's Grass, Electric, Ice, all of which I am weak to*

Kirri is temporarily paralyzed, but shakes it off. He then fires a Psycho Cut into the group, and they run and scatter, leaving nothing but their own footprints. Kirri kneels with paralysis that wasn't evaded, but other than that, he's fine. "Careful", he says to the Leafeon. "That group has a history of trouble." (BTW, I'm not wearing my glasses, so sorry for any punctuation or spelling errors.

Erika sniffed the moist and rich soil and sighed. "This place is heaven... plenty of food, plenty of water, and you can always feel safe under the canopy." She smiled and began walking down the path. "The only thing this place is lacking is cute guys...."

Gangnam: *starts to levitate above the stump* *thinking: Thank Arceus for this moment*

Gangnam: *slowly starts to evolve into Golduck* *thinking: With these powers, I'll be able to take down those Pokémon on the cliff... I will become superior*

Kirri, noticing the Leafeon's lack of reaction, walks over to her. "Luxx's gang are known to cause trouble. You should be more careful from now on. Anyways, I'm Kirri-or Kirito, whichever you perfer. What about you?"

(Dayton-san, what are you? Meditite? I can't tell) Erika jumped a group of whimpering electric types stampeded towards her and she let out a yelp of fright. She rolled into a ball and waited until the pounding footfalls subsided. Just as Erika was about to get up, a dark aura began to permanate from an unseen source. "W-w-who's there?" Her voice and her legs trembled in fear.

Gangnam: *Is now fully evolved* Alright. It's my time to shine *Golduck intensifies*

Gangnam: *fires a Psybeam at Kirri*

(oh uh, never mind. Btw, why would a water type be floating over a stump? Not even Golduck is a psychic type)

"Whistle. Whistle. That's a nice name. How'd you get it?", Kirito asks, smiling.

(BTW, I guess you didn't get the inside joke. The stump is a chopped down Sudowoodo. I'm using the move Levitate on it to... y'know, levitate)

"Ahh. That's interesting. I... I... dunno why I was named Kirito." Kirri laughs softly-a very calming laugh. "So, can you actually whistle?"

Jeb the Scyther! Etc: Has a mail bag, mailman cap, and, is a mailman. XD

Kirri notices a Psybeam. He's a Dark type. The move had no effect! "Really? Have you ever tried?" Kirri wondered how such a cute, honest Pokémon could be so shy.

Jeb: *Finnishing up a long day of work* -3- Geez, that was QUITE the day...

"Hmm... Wha!?" Kirito's danger signal flares up again. "I'll be right back. Stay here, OK!?" Kirito runs off. His signal was alerted by a Fire-type...

Gangnam: Stupid Dark-types... (BTW, I'm a Golduck now, remember?)

Jeb: *Struts t'wards his house* nωn Leaf: *Reading a book, under a tree* -_-

A large Houndoom with long jagged fangs glared at Erika from farther down the path. Erika froze, paralyzed from fear. She watched, whimpering as the Houndoom licked its chops and began approaching Erika.

Kirri arrives at the signal's trigger. There is a Growlithe there, curled into a ball, and some sort of aura around it...

Kirri charges a quick Hyper Beam, and it hits the Houndoom square on the muzzle. It goes flying. Kirri jumps down to the Growlithe. "You OK?", he asks.

Jeb: *Turns a corner, and sees a commotion across the street, involving a Growlthe, Absol, and Houndoom* Ò3Ô They could use my help! Leaf: *Still reading* -_-

Jeb: *Crosses street* THAT WAS AWSOME!! \030/ Leaf: Yawn... *Closes book* This has grown boring... -_-

Gangnam: *hides behind the Poké Mart* I'm safe here...

Kirri sees a Scyther. "Hey", he says.

Jeb: Names Jeb! That was quite the show! You seem very powerful! nωn Leaf: *Gets up, and grabs some berries from the tree using his vines* Nom -H-

Kirri checks to see that the Growlithe is OK. After chatting with the Scyther, he runs back to Whistle. When he reaches a high cliff, he pauses, looking majestic as he looked for the shy Pokémon.

Jeb: Well, he was fairly nice. Any who, gotta get home! I got kids to take care of!! *Continues home, this time hovering* Leaf: *Begins walking, slowly* Nom. -H-

Jeb: *Arrives home to his 2 kids, kisses his wife, and helps make dinner* nωn Yep, life is good. Leaf: *Sees a girl looking at a guy on a cliff* -_- ... [TOTALLY FORGOT! LEAF IS A GIRL! XD]

Kirri jumped down, and walked over to Whistle. "I'm back!" He goes on to explain what had just happened. He then notices that she's acting a little... differently. "Uhm, Whistle? You alright?", he asks, concerned.

Leaf: *Hides behind a nearby tree, watching the two* -_- ... Jeb: *Finnishes a stunningly good looking meal* Eat up lil' guys, then you can grow up big and strong, like your ol' man here! nωn

"A-are you sure? You're acting... different." Kirito is genuinely concerned... And his eyes keep looking at Whistle.

Leaf: *Examining the situation, deciding wether to attempt to start conversation, or wait* -_- ... Jeb: *Eats with family* nυn

Kirito notices Whistle blushing, and, suddenly, his dace feels... warm... "Y-you're sure you don't have a f-fever or s-something?"

Jeb: *Cleans up* nωn Leaf: -_- ...

Jeb: *Tucks kids in for bed* nωn Leaf: -A- *Thinks* (D-Do they see me? Do I look like a creep!? I may want to just leave...)

"H-here, lemme check". Kirri steps forward, and puts his hand on Whistle's delicate forehead. He looks up, but then, he makes eye conract with her for the first time. Her brown eyes seem to sparkle like a million fireworks...

Jeb: *Goes to sleep* =p= Leaf: -A- (Well, if I try to leave now, I'll be spotted! Better wait here...)

"Uhh... You might have one..." Kirri is just frozen...

Kirito suddenly feels cold-not from un-blushing-but from a cold arctic wind. "I-I don't think that's the best option..."

Kirri's blush fades as well. He takes a breath, and says: "It'll drop below freezing tonight. You'll freeze!"

"Uhhh... Good question!" Kirito looks around the area, (OK, it's 3 A.M. here. I need sleep. G'night!)

(Haii! Sorry, busy day. Continue?)

"No heater, huh? We should look around..." Kirri looks, but all he sees is gray clouds on the horizon. "We'd better find a place, and fast!"

Kirri can't come up with any ideas. He then notices two things: He's a bit tired, and second, a snowflake has fallen in his nose. "Whistle?"

"From what I can tell, there's no place with decent cover from the weather. And don't look now, but it's snowing. Being a Grass-type, things might get pretty bad for you... What do you think we should do?"

"Well? What'cha got?"

"Great idea!" Kirito stats to walk towards the hot springs. But, when he arrives, is confused. "Whistle, you said that there's holes? Because there's only one!", Kirri said as a cold wind bites the air.

"Well, that may be the case... Well, it is a big hole. I'm willing to guess that 2 Pokèmon could fit in it, but it'd be a very tight fit..." (Anyway, is your Profile comment a Pokemon league?)

"Well..." Kirri jumps into the hole. "It's our best chance."

Kirri notices that it is a very, very tight fit. Any tighter, he thinks, and their bodies would combine. "Well, it's warm..." (Can I be the Dark specialist in your league?)

Snow is starting to fill the hole, and Kirri moves over towards Whistle and pressed against her a bit, so that they could both be warmer...
