    I got Gaurdevoirite post-game, AS, is it game specific? Wally had Gallade when I fought him too.

    Nope, it's the same for both games. Wally doesn't give you the galladite, he gives you the dawn stone to evolve a kirlia. The gardevoirite is post-kyogre/groudon, while the galladite is post delta episode.
