    nope pinsir can outspeed both charzards and has strong attack.just use rockslide or earth quakeand its over

    no it cant and rock slide become a flying type move dude to its abillity + my charizard can take a rockslide/ stone edge and flame charge/ flamethrower it and its dead + charizard has more speed then a pincur pinsur gets 120 speed and charizard get 140 speed if super trained pinsur can get up to 267 charizard can be in the 300 for speed

    myn is a bulky charizard y which isnt effected to equake + like im said i 1v1 ever mega and my charizard cant be beated and another thing rock slide dosent get 100 % so it can miss
