Does anyone know what 4000 damage is equal to? I'm a bit confused about how damage taken translates into hearts lost.

    about eight hearts i believe... but i'm not 100% on that

    Each 1/4 heart is 100. 1 full heart is 400. So 4000 is 10 hearts.
