    You cannot visit a other town, unless. a)You initiate local wierles or. b)Exange friend codes and come to town via internet, but since miiverse doesn't allow to exchange friend codes you cannot do it.

    I dont know if its "legal" to exchange dreamsuit codes (i suposse it legal, but thas my though) but to do that you need to give the other person you dreamsuit code, and he can come, but you cannot interract that way (say, send messages to each other, go to the island,etc)

    hmmm... Well you need to sit on the couch in the back to create a dream town of your village, the the code will apear in your town passport, finaly all you need to do is giveit to someone else with a dreamsuit and type the code (again i dont know if you can share dreamcodes so dooble check if your gona do it)
