Update on my Hard mode run: Realllly starting to notice the difference in difficulty. Bayonetta 1 is way harder than Bayonetta 2. Now I remember why I never attempted Hard mode on my original save.

    i went beyond my abilities too many times with this game now, for no real reason at all >_< but yeah, i think the supervising team from nintendo gave truckload of inputs to platinumgames during the development. bayo 2 is more enjoyable to way wider crowd.

    Not only that, but (I've said before), I don't think they even touched Bayo 1's difficulty. Because the framerate and game in general runs faster, it just made the whole thing harder. Just look at the stupid QTEs for proof. Also, I feel like it's a tiny bit less responsive than the 360 version...?

    That depends what you mean by that. I really don't see much of a difference between 2nd and 3rd Climax, but you definitely get hit harder. I didn't even complete 2nd Climax; just 3rd and Infinite.

    Bayonetta 2 bored me for some reason. Don't get me wrong, it's awesome. I think it's because you can now use unlockables on one save rather than spread out over multiple saves like the first game. (you know, because the extra characters on 1 made you start a new save and you had to reunlock everything for them.)

    I'm actually quite glad they put them all on one save. I hate going through the entire game as Jeanne again... and trying to get Tai Lung after getting Sai Fung? Yeah, no. What I do want is separate play results for the 3 witches.
