    It's extremely rare. Rarer then shiny pokemon, even. But once you get one pokemon that has it, it will spread to your other pokemon. This is probably too late, but pokemon will recover from pokerus at midnight. The effects remain, but it won't spread anymore. If your pokemon is in the PC when midnight comes, however, the pokerus will remain.

    I did a little research right after I noticed that my pokémon got the pokérus, so I already knew that, but thanks! You actually just reminded me about something that I should probably do, hehe...
