    Oh any Terraria version. If you guys are gonna beat the WoF then try placing heart lanterns or campfires so you'll have increased regeneration. It helped a lot in my battle. Also, the Corruption/Crimson and the Hallow will spread pretty quickly when you beat the WoF.
