    Lazy programming. Too much of anything is not good. You've maxed your public works. You can only change your town hall. Don't worry: suggestons are still being added to Isabelle's list. Demolish a small, unused work for a small fee to see the list again.

    Oh, it's a good time to change old public works with spiffier, new ones. (Just a 10% demolishen charge.) The order of construction is often important. You can build a police station near a bridge, but you can't always rebuild the bridge near the police station. If you want new choices, empty your pockets & purse, do wander on the beach, walk past villagers. Maximal public works are 30.
