    Just get to a higher level then ONLY use jump or hammer unless he says,"can't sleep". THEN you can use luiginary ball. The only reason why you should usually only use jump or hammer in a situation like this is because luiginary attacks take so darn long, while Mr. Sleepyhead is constantly healing himself. This enemy takes a lot of both time AND patience.
