    i donno.. depends on how much he's upgraded i guess... but he was my favorite character in the last game(granted i didn't play the last game very long because i didn't like it...) he's decent... i guess. though hebstarts out shooting pretty slow, but you can upgrade that. though if you're planning to get a new character i'd suggest the hulk. but Lone Ranger doesn't have a special move... too bad..
