    We practically have 14 female characters if you count Greninja, Jigglypuff, and Charizard as female and robin and villager have female alts

    I didn't know that was a complaint, but I'd say it's certainly been remedied~ And I quite enjoy the female brawlers :D Samus has always been a fave since N64

    I'm a bit too lazy to calculate the actual ratio including alternate costumes, but I'm pretty sure it's less than 50% female. So, yeah, there's room for improvement, to say the least.

    True, but looking at how many female characters there are in the Nintendo universe, as well as how unique they would be in addition to being a balanced or believable fighter, the roster seems fine to me.
