First time Smash player but love it and picking it up pretty quick. Mostly just doing free battles to open up characters. Basically, what do the % mean on the 2nd screen? How do I know if I'm winning. Also, what are KOs and what do they mean to the battle. Thank you.

  • Starters should know. Basically, % are called damage meter. The higher your damage, the easier you'll end up with a Knock out (KO). You don't want your damage too high. How can you tell if you're winning is by the number of Ko's you've done. If you've knocked out an opponent, you'll have a point. The goal to win is to ko more than your opponent. That's how this game works simplistically.
