Question

Can somone please help me? For some reason my Disney Infinity base won't read my Gamora figure, as well as one of my hexagonal pieces? I did some reading online, but I couldn't find anything, and I made sure that my base was far away from any electronics and even switched the base for my old one but they syill don't work?? Help pls?? ;A;
