In my opinion, the fight against Rayquaza in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire is probably one of the hardest boss fights in the Pokémon series. Maybe because I'm just awful at video-games.

Well, the main reason why I find it to be so difficult is that the game makes you go through 3 boss fights in a row without giving you a chance to save. Essentially 3 phases.

I found it pretty easy, but that's just me. What I did was, 1. Catch Rayquaza 2. Spam Dragon Pulse Vs. Zinnia 3. KO Deoxys, he'll return to Sky Pillar after you beat the E4 again. 4. SR for a good Deoxys, or just catch it however it comes the first time.

Every out-in-the-open encounter comes back after beating the Elite Four if you KO it/don't catch it. It's been that way since Platinum.

Man, if I knew that sooner, I would've just Dragon Ascented Deoxys into the next generation! .... Okay, forget what I just said, Rayquaza's the easiest boss in the series!
