Flame Choke + Down A/Wizard's Foot/Warlock Punch combo, Wizard's Foot in general, doing 20+% damage just by lightly poking something.

That's why I said Flame Choke/Wizard's Foot. If you know that they know how to tech it, you just double jump and do an aerial Wizard's Foot when they get up.
