SpongeBob should just end after the movie comes out, regardless if it's good or not. I'm calling it right now, The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water is the SpongeBob series finale. It'd better be, at least.

    I remember back when I used to think "Well, at least it hasn't been running for as long as Rugrats". Never did I thought it would actually surpass that show's running length.

    What else would one expect? It was a show that took away everything that made Rugrats special and unique and turned another bland and boring tween sitcom for the tween audiences, which were getting larger at the time.

    Yeah, it was definitely a product of the times, and led to Nick making nothing but sitcoms like iCarly and Fred: the Show (UGH).

    That was also the time when they remove their more beloved series like Hey Arnold, Ren and Stimpy and Rocko's Modern Life and send them to Nicktoons.

    At least they do live on through reruns, though I don't think that Nicktoons shows them that much, anymore. And Ren and Stimpy lived on through a mature spin-off series. A mature spin-off series that barely lasted 10 episodes. Interpret that any way you want.

    I haven't seen the show, since..... well, I'm a fourteen year old boy who isn't allowed to watch TV-MA rated shows, but I have seen Mr. Enter's review of one of the episodes of the show. He deemed it to be the worst thing he reviewed. Seeing the footage and how the show is, I can see why.

    At least Disney Channel has three great shows going for it. Nickelodeon only has about two, and one of them just finished its final season about a month ago.
