    You can't have 7IVs, there's only 6 stats.

    Can you go to the battle resort? If so, then go in the pokemon center, talk with this guy in the corner, tap on zigzagoon, he will say the stats, the stats that he lists are at max iv!

    Go to the IV judge at Battle Resort (he is in Pokémon centre). Show him a Pokémon, for each stat he will say either; rather decent, good, fantastic or can't be beat. If he says can't be beat for any stat, you have a full IV in that stat.
