Okay, so when I surfing, I happened to come across a finneon. I used my dexnav to check its stats. It had 3 perfect IVs, it was high leveled, and had a hidden ability. So, just when I was sneaking up on it... A wild Tentacool appeared! I hyper-beamed it out of pure rage.
