I've been having problems with my system saying it can't communicate with the game pad, like when you move too far away. But I'm sitting like 10 ft away and there's no obstructions. Now I get this junk, and my game pad is plugged in, and was before this came up. Has anyone else been having these issues, cuz it's completely interrupting and ruining my gameplay, and I'm not happy to say the least.

  • Have you tried to re-sync the gamepad with the wiiu? i've got some problems out of my Wiiu pro controller, it occasionally will glitch out and the controller will do stuff on its own and i'll have to syncronize it again but that hasn't happened in two day im guessing it was because it was a new controller.

  • could it be sleeping??? or maybe you could be out of range? my suggestion would be to try resyncing the game pad to the system and/or check your settings if it will let you

Yeah, I tried to re-sync it, and it said that it was already paired with the system. I ended up getting rid of that pop up box by going out of range and then coming back in range. It's been interrupting my gameplay telling me to check my range or for obstructions when I'm sitting 10 ft away, and there's nothing blocking it.

  • Does it happen only with Hyrule Warriors or all of your games? The wiiu gamepad has a range of around 15 feet or a little more maybe you should try getting closer

  • i may agree to the guy above me it could be the games as well but i do have a questionable theory my last game pad i had that came with system broke in certain places unable to work at all so i sent it to company to check months later got new pad with my original system... did anything like that happen by accident at least???
