reasons why Prof. Elm is dumb, 1. Gives some random kid one of the rarest pokemon in Hoenn to save him from a zigzagoon. 2. gives THE CHAMPION (literally the STRONGEST TRAINOR) a level 5 pokemon to save him AGAIN 3. Gives the champion, owner of Rayquaza and (maybe) Deoxys, A lv. 5 pokemon to save him from a random HUMAN dude. 4. Gives the champion a pokemon to save him FROM HIS WIFE. HIS WIFE!!
