    All the non-kalos HA fossil pokemon were only available through the dream world back when it was still up. Currently the only way to get them is to trade. HA tyrunt was recently given out as a gift event to people who participated in the Battle of Hoenn online competition and HA amaura will be given as a gift to people who participate in the next online competition.
