    In the area with the horizontal eels, grab the stone ability from a rocky and work your way down. Move left of the exit of that room (The door with 3 stars) and find the peg. Smash it by becoming stone and enter the orange star door. Use ↓ + B quickly when you enter the room to put down the bomb and smash the pegs quickly. If you get the bomb to blow up the stone block below, yay. If it blows up..

    ... just exit the room, smash the peg again and try the puzzle again. It took me a few tries to do it but I managed to. Good luck on getting it!
