本日の鬼トレ、朝は漢字破壊1分17秒、夜は計算20が15秒、集中時間測定(難しい)2分28秒。長期の仕事が片付いたので二日程休みをとった。頭の中に溜まった雑念を取っ払うには集中時間測定が一番なので取り組ンでみたが、残念ながら三分持たなかった。それでもストレス解消にはなったのでコレで頭を空にして気分良く休日を迎えられる。ストレスが溜まった時やリフレッシュしたい時は集中時間測定、コレオススメってヤツである。
