    when you open a new page you start on a rough draft, since its a comic app you have to create a panel before the finish, the create panel button is in the lower left, keep in mind you can draw all over the page, but only the parts that have a panel around them will be saved to the next part, when youre ready click start, and the option to maje clean copy should appear, click to save, and your page

    the pen is faster and smoother in clean copy mode, but in my opinion harder to draw with, so make sure you have everything you want roughed done, since you cant go back to that rough later from clean copy.
