    I once leveled up Vanellope one level, and when I went to upgrade her, I hadn't received any skill points. Only happened once, and she doesn't have a lot of skills, so I let it pass.

    I think she went from 16 to 17 and got nothing for it. It's only happened to her out of all of my characters, and I have more than 12 figures, already leveled up.
