You get a recipe and you need to take to the workshop first. Than get the items on the list to make it. Take them back and get it made. Give it to pooh. Spoon is found in alice in wonderland worlds. Check the quest board and use the Y button. It will tell you what you might get in the quest. Spoon is easy to get.
