    You will have to go to the world that Moonstone Plates are. Gifting is limited to your friends that play and you can see locally. We can't gift over the Internet. Nintendo doesn't let you share your Friend Code here. (It is against the rules.) To discourage you from having trouble with a stranger Nintendo prevents you from sharing gifts this way.
