There is a safe spot for Clive for each attack. When Blueman shoots at you, jump over him and then jump behind him to get a few shots off. When he busts out his umbrella go on the ceiling or floor [which ever place he's not] and duck to dodge those circular turrets. His other attack, where he sends saw blades at you, jump the blades and get a few shots at him with each jump.

Blueman's 2nd form is just a matter of quick dodging and taking shots at him. His flight pattern is unpredictable so this part of the battle is more difficult. With perseverance you'll beat the Blueman. It took me many tries. Goodluck and happy gaming!
