Gunman Clive 2 review: ★★☆☆☆ 2/5 The original was much better... This game is much too hard, more expensive, and the music isn't as good. Also, you can barely tell it's a wild west game. The original starts out with a wild west theme, and then it has a furistic twist. This game just starts out with future elements and it has little to no surprise. I reccomend skipping this game.

    Hard actually is a valid argument if it's feels too trial-and-error. I see where he's coming from as every step provides a nearly insurmountable obstacle. Don't get me wrong, I love this game, but his opinion is valid doesn't sound like he's being petty or anything.

    The original Gunman Clive had a near PERFECT difficulty curve, adding more and more complex stages. It was perfect for both new and old school platforming fans. I immediately wanted to play in higher difficulties and as other characters once I completed the game on Easy. For GC2 I likely will complete it on Easy and never play it again.

    Sorry, this is my opinion, you can have your own. While I do think it's okay, it just isn't what I was expecting. The original was just much better.
