    He's actually flat-out unkillable if you don't use the jar of fly honey on him. Fortunately, once you do, he gets so occupied eating fly honey he completely stops fighting back.

    he regenerates all health each turn. the fly honey will prevent him from doing so. it is possible to take all his health in one turn but it is vary difficult. paralysis will also work sometimes, but it only prevents him from moving as he still regenerates each turn.

    Restart the battle and come with full HP and PP (But jeff dosn't have any PP) and use them. works for me.
