    if you downloaded a toy box that has a pack and tools management creativi-toy you won't be able to use your tools and packs. if it's yourown toy box you can change it by touching the wheel on you gamepad screen

    if you're just starting out though you won't have alot and you'll need to unlock more by buying them in the ingame toy store on the pause menu
