本日の鬼トレ、朝は漢字破壊1分5秒、夜は計算20が12秒、鬼計算8バック。朝晩共に鬼トレ補助はいい記録が出せたのだが、鬼計算は今ひとつ集中できず66～70%代前半を推移。朝は仕方ないとして、夜の鬼トレはもう少し気持ちを落ち着けてから取り組むようにしなければと思う今日この頃。やる前に瞑想でもしようかな。
