    Be patient, they never said the stroke of midnight, just 2/5/13. It will probably be available in the morning with the next eShop update.

    I believe you can download it from the eShop when it becomes available. When the Twilight Princess DLC came out, I kept restarting my game until the DLC started to download. But, downloading it from the eShop would prolly be the best method.
