One of the things I loved about Skyward Sword was how sneaky you could make Link, mainly with regards to Mallara and Peatrice. It was just so funny how you could make him be a huge jerk in (who Link respects!) other characters eyes. It helped add a mischievous side to him, even though both questlines could be considered morally questionable... (ESPECIALLY regarding Mallara... We wont go there tho)
