    Contact Nintendo Customer support at the number listed on their site/the back of the console. Also, you may want to try posting in a community if you want users other than your followers to see your post. I would also check their tech support forums.

    Is your console still acting as if it is in sleep mode if you open it, or are the screens not turning on? Either way, force it to shut down by pushing the POWER button for a few seconds, leave the 3DS open, and try turning it back on. If this does not work, you may (not really sure) have broken a switch somehow.
