    Launch the game, close the game from the home menu, launch it again, if it doesn't download, try it a few more time, if that doesn't work, unplug the Wii U for a minute, then try again. If it still doesn't work talk to more people.

    all you have to do is turn the game on if your content isnt there close the software checkbdownload management if its downloaded restart the game then the content will be loaded on to your disk hope that helps. :-)

    Try my fix, I have the exact same issue (and DLC bundle) with this game, and I found out that persistence works a whole lot better than you would expect.
