    Maybe since the game didnt take place in the zelda timeline, Fi described link as "You are not the master, but i can consider you a master".

    Well, she is foreshadowing future zelda games. And maybe because hyrule warriors doesnt take place in the zelda time line that could explain why fi said to link "you are not the master,but i can consider you a master"

    Just give up on it. Nothing has been announced that has anything to do with Fi. New games come out all the time, doesn't mean a quote in Mario Bros. (and yes, I mean the first one) was hinting at or leading up to Super Mario 3D World. You see? A quote doesn't mean an instant connection between games, it is simply a quote. And who knows, maybe there will be another, but not announced.

    All of this is not taking Zelda Wii U into account, granted it has been announced. But as of right now, we have no information proving that your "theory" is correct.

    Well she is making a connection to the future and i didnt mention any mario games and its just an interesting thought i had that link always pulls out the master sword. So apparently i just cant have a little fun and make a little theory because of what fi said and the connection to future zelda games

    I'm pretty sure she was forshadowing Link pulling out the Master Sword again, generations later. She went into a permanent slumber in it and there would be no reason to ever use her again, story-wise. While Zelda games have lots of moments left up to interpretation, that scene was pretty clear. I don't mean to step on anyone's toes.
