    I know that the game coner was open in the GBA version, and that the Sea Marvel layout was completely different and you couldn't catch spirittomb there. Also in the GBA version, you weren't given Latios/as, the only way to catch her was in the after game, but she was always in a different area each time you enter a new route/town and if you did run into her, latios/as's first move would be to flee
