    u have to send or recieve friend requests...go to my miiverse home page and hit friend request...then what u do is send me a message like hi or lets be friends...something like that you know...its easy...put me on your friend list...you can also use wiiu chat with people on your friend list...on the home menu, hit the orange smilie face to view your list of all your friends... see who is online...
