    Well there are plenty of other options with an expansive movepool like Mewtwo's: Starmie, Nidoking, Latios, are just a few of many examples. And the best way to counter Dragon Ubers is just not to play against them, like I'm doing now to you with the Ubers you use. Perhaps I'm just being a generic, moaning Smogonite, but regardless I won't battle ubers, just removes the fun and competitiveness.

    Because there's the Ubers which are completely broken, such as Mewtwo and Arceus, and the ones that I consider broken that other don't, such as Mega Kanga. I was referring to those Ubers under Smogon rules who are not legends. :]
